Lots of delicious food. Cooked to perfection. You can pick how your beef and pork is cut or chopped. And sides are awesome. My go to is the brussel sprouts.

This side should get a standing ovation. The Brussels sprouts are the perfect amount of crispy caramelized bites mixed with smokey sweetness. I have ordered multiple times and enjoyed each one. Goes really well with the pulled pork.

I had never had a pulled pork sando and this had me nearly crying for how good it was. The chicken was everything good about fried chicken and the brisket was to die for. I don't think words do this justice. This is why they have a Michelin star, folks. Run, don't walk.

If you're visiting Disney Springs, do yourself a favor and order the Butcher's Board for 2 at The Polite Pig. At just $46, it's one of the best around. This feast comes loaded with your choice of sliced or pulled pork, smoked chicken, prime brisket, and jalapeño cheddar sausage, plus 2 servings of slaw, 2 pickles, 2 cornbread muffins, and your choice of 2 market sides. The portion size is incredibly generous and easily satisfies two hungry adults. Every meat was perfectly smoked and packed with flavor. The prime brisket was tender and juicy, the jalapeño cheddar sausage had just the right kick, the smoked chicken was moist, and the pulled pork was deliciously smoky. The cornbread was warm and sweet, and the sides were fresh and flavorful. The Polite Pig continues to impress with its quality, portion sizes, and value. Whether you're a BBQ lover or just looking for a great meal at Disney Springs without breaking the bank, the Butcher's Board for 2 is an absolute must-try. Five stars all around!
